Hello, I'm Princely Ashisha, the Co-founder of LØVMEIS.

Originally from India, I moved to Norway in March 2023 and began a new chapter in my life while continuing to pursue my passion for creativity, craftsmanship and design.

Before entering the world of tailoring, I completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and worked in several professional roles. While I appreciated the opportunities those careers provided, I felt drawn toward a more creative path. In 2013, I made the decision to leave my office job and follow my passion for fashion, sewing and design.

I began my tailoring journey by completing a course in tailoring and designing day to day Indian wear. Alongside formal training, I dedicated countless hours to self-study, learning from fashion design books, practical experience, and continuous experimentation.

From 2014 to 2022, I worked with the design of Indian traditional wear and Western women's wear, while also developing experience in garment alterations and repairs.

Creativity has been part of my life since childhood. I have always enjoyed both painting and sewing, and I regularly participated in art and creative competitions during my school years. My love for creating continues today through both tailoring and art. I believe that attention to detail, patience, and craftsmanship make all the difference in producing work that people can truly enjoy and appreciate.

At LØVMEIS, my goal is to provide thoughtful, reliable, and quality alteration and repair services. I enjoy helping people make the most of the clothes they already own, whether through a simple repair, a better fit or a careful restoration. Every garment has a story, and I believe skilled alterations can help extend that story for years to come.

Looking ahead, I hope to create products using natural and sustainable textiles such as linen, cotton and silk. I am also excited about introducing beautiful Indian silks and textile traditions to customers in Norway, combining inspiration from both cultures in future projects.
